As summer was coming to a close, Priebe Wealth wanted to host one final summer activity for our clients to enjoy! What better way to ring in the end of August than a night of mingling with friends, enjoying great food, and watching some Horse Races.
After a day of thunderstorms, the evening cleared up just in time for our event to begin. As guests arrived, we started out with some wonderful appetizers provided by Canterbury Park, followed by a delicious BBQ dinner. Throughout the evening we watched many horseraces, placing our guess on who would Win, Place, and Show.
We even picked a special night of racing during a week where Canterbury hosted Indian Horse Race Relays providing lots of entertainment and education on the culture of these relays.
Our team sponsored the 5th race and our clients had the opportunity to go through the Winner’s Circle Experience lead by a Jockey. They got up close to the horses and learned more about what it takes to train and compete with the animals. As a finale, we got a group photo in the Winners Circle and headed back up to our suite to watch the final races.
Overall, it was a wonderful evening for our clients and guests to enjoy a night out, meet some new friends, and do something out of the ordinary.
