New Client Experience
New Client Experience

FIT Meeting
The first step in working with our team is a FIT Meeting. This is a 60 minute meeting to determine if we are suitable to work together. We use the FIT process to ensure we are mutually committing to a long-term relationship based on a full understanding of each other. We will go over financial and lifestyle goals, your investable assets, and make sure we have a good connection as a team.

Discovery Meeting
The Discovery Meeting is the next step of our relationship. We will begin by collecting all of your account statements, estate documents and insurance policies. We will discuss goals and collect any other information necessary to begin building your financial plan, as well set expectations for what will happen from here on out.

Implementation Meeting
This is where the bulk of our new client experience is spent and where it all comes to life. We will transfer your assets, discuss protection strategies, tax savings opportunities and set your DueNorth. Once your assets have arrived, we will inventory all of your accounts, review your portfolio allocation and make any additional recommendations regarding your investments, tax strategies, estate planning or insurance needs.

Welcome to the Family Call
In the first 30 days we will reach out to get your feedback and ensure that you are comfortable with where we are in the process. This is another opportunity for us to get to know you better, so we'll send you a client survey that will allow us to tailor your experience working with us.
Please ask us any questions you have and let's ensure that our services are in line with YOUR expectations!

First Review
60-90 Days from the start of our relationship we will have our first review. Here we will confirm your risk tolerance, review your goals, review your financial plan and discuss current economic conditions. We will also complete operational tasks like making sure you have Account View access and no documents are outstanding. Most importantly, we will have time to catch up and note any personal or professional changes in your life since we last spoke.
